 The Resting Place has felt like a home ever since I visited with some dear friends. Every week the message is so anointed, Spirit led, and has opened my eyes to learning more about scripture & the ways of the Lord in new ways. I feel inclined to study the Word deeper & abide more closely with Him every time I leave, feeling so thankful to be here. I’m so blessed by this community that does life as a family & desires to see Heaven on earth! Jesus has changed my life through the discipleship, times of prayer & worship, and friendships in this church!

 Something I’ve loved about being part of the Resting Place is the family aspect that gets brought into the atmosphere. The church does a really good job stewarding intentionality with getting to know all ages of people & they feel loved like Jesus would love them.

Now there’s connection across all the generations. That’s something that has been different for me. I was more in my comfort zone being around people my age. Now I have relationships and conversations with people from all generations!

I have never felt more loved and seen than I do at The Resting Place. A church where all are welcomed and our leaders lead and serve with the heart of Jesus.

The Resting Place Church follows God’s design for a church found in scripture in Ephesians chapter 3. I feel completely free to pursue God and all of my inheritance through Jesus. To fulfill my destiny by becoming as much like Jesus as I can. The worship at The Resting Place leads you into an encounter with Him with expectations of Jesus moving among everyone. If you want all the fullness of the Kingdom, The Resting Place gives you that opportunity.

The Resting Place is a space where you can come exactly as you are to meet with your Maker. Here, you'll encounter His love, find rest and restoration in His presence, and be welcomed by His Body—the Church. It’s a place where you're encouraged, sharpened, led, and cared for. 

My favorite part about The Resting Place is that they chase after the presence of God more than any other church I have been to. Worship is taken seriously. It is not just 3 songs and move on to the next scheduled thing. There is no set time for how long we worship. The focus is truly on praising Jesus and giving him all the glory and that is evident every Sunday you walk into The Resting Place.
